I received this ring within 5 days and received an automated message from the company telling me that if anything was wrong I could contact them. When it arrived, it came with a lovely box and wasn't damaged in any way. Honestly, I don't think they could've make the delivery better than it already was. The only thing I haven't validated is if the ring is really made out of tungsten or not.
