First off Id like to say my experience with Steven was everything youd hope for when there is unexpected issues occurs. The first was my mistake, I ordered a size too large. I messaged him and got a reply and a solution that day. (There is a small restocking fee) The ring was beautiful, well crafted, had some nice weight to it. Now the second ring I never received. It was marked as delivered but never arrived. Called the usps filed a claim then contacted Steven, again replied quickly and offered a solution and now my new ring is on its way. Its been a hassle to get the ring and truly I would have given up on it but Steven went above and beyond to help. And that is someone Id give my business to.
