Exchanges/Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from after you receive your item.
To be eligible for an exchange or return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and not custom engraved.
Please DO NOT mail any exchanges or returns back to us until you have submitted your request to us and you have received a reply.
Return Shipping
USA Orders:
Exchanges and returns will be mailed to our office in Niagara Falls, New York.
Canada & International Orders:
Exchanges and returns will be mailed to our office in Ontario, Canada.
There will be a $10 CAD re-stocking fee for all exchanges and returns. Also, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We don't offer pre-paid return shipping labels.
Full details for return shipping will be given to you when you notify us with a request for an exchange or refund.
